Other Characters Currently In-Game: Edward Teach
Character Name: Isaac Higgintoot
Series: Ghosts (CBS)
Age: 35 when he died, has been a ghost for another 245 years.
From When?: S2;E14 Trevor's Body after he and Nigel fight.
Warden Justification: In life, Isaac was a military commander and after his death he continued to fill that role, serving as a leader amongst his fellow ghosts, considering himself the 'commanding officer' and taking it on himself to make decisions whenever there were conflicts (not that his comrades always agreed with his choices and were likely to do what they wanted anyway). But in any event, he's used to being in charge and looking out for the well-being of others, so he would be attentive to an inmate's needs despite his propensity to be a little self-centered at times.
Item: A white handkerchief with a cricket embroidered on it.
Abilities/Powers: So, Isaac is a ghost and in his particular canon, ghosts cannot be seen at all by the living with a few exceptions— some children, and Samantha (the owner of Woodstone Mansion) who after suffering a near-death experience, wakes up from a coma with the ability to see the dead. Ghosts are however, visible and tangible to each other. While for the most part, they cannot pick up 'real' objects (anything part of the living world), they can sit on furniture without passing through it and conversely, can walk through walls. They have different powers that the living can perceive and in Isaac's case, he has the ability to make people smell flatulence when he walks through them, which is related to his cause of death (dysentery).
On the Barge, he'll have the ability to become tangible/visible at will, during which he'll basically be as if he's alive again, but will retain the power to become ghostly if he desires.
Wardening Strategies and Philosophies: Even though he died in 1777, Isaac is familiar with the modern world (it's 2022 in his canon currently), so there won't be that much of an adjustment as far as being aware of technology goes (although being aboard a multidimensional ship in space is certainly a new venture). He will be excited to be directly involved with said technology, in control as it were, of certain aspects rather than just being an invisible observer. He will certainly be excited to be (more or less) alive again.
Isaac is likely to view his warden/inmate role in a similar manner to his captain/soldier relationships of the past and will undoubtedly spend some time trying to order his inmate around, expecting them to observe rules and regulations along with obeying his commands (and subsequently be a bit miffed if they fail to do so). But on the other hand, he's also used to that sort of attitude from his fellow ghosts, so he's unlikely to be all that put out and he is capable of adapting.
Isaac has a dim view of the way his role in U.S history is remembered as he tends to view his contributions to the creation of the new country as more significant than they actually were—to listen to him brag, anyway. Inwardly however, he's aware that he didn't live up to his full potential (not that he'll ever admit it) and he'll be very determined that history doesn't repeat itself as far as his capabilities for doing this wardening job go; so he'll have a very positive can-do attitude in that respect.
Although he's pompous and cultivated in his general bearing, he can be flamboyant in his reactions to things, being very exuberant when he gets excited about something and his inmate's progress (if they show any) will certainly fall into this category, with Isaac inclined to be a bit over the top in his encouragement—which could also be seen as a weakness if his inmate were to end up side-eyeing him because of it.
As far as inmates who might be a good/bad fit go, Isaac would prefer to have one who listened raptly to every word that fell out of his mouth (or pretended to anyway), but that's not to say a good relationship couldn't be built with even a person with whom he initially clashed. As I said above, Isaac is adaptable, as well as being quick to forgive and apologize when he realizes he's been rude or wrong. If the inmate has zero interest in graduation and that attitude persists despite Isaac's best efforts, he's likely to get discouraged eventually and simply wait for factors to change; when you've been around for 280 years, you do learn to be patient to some extent.
Deal: He would like history to record what an idiot Alexander Hamilton really was.

[There's a new face on the screen, currently very close-up and it's positively beaming with excitement!]
I can pick this device up!! And turn it on!! And talk to people!! And they can hear me!! Do you know how amazing all that is????
[He pauses, backing off the close-up a bit to reveal a man in his mid thirties, dressed in a captain's uniform of the Continental Army, who then proceeds to theatrically slap his forehead.]
But you wouldn't, would you!! Unless, like me, you've been a ghost for the last 250-ish years!!
...not that I'm a ghost right this second, mind you, thanks to the all-powerful admiral yada yada yada [accompanied by illustrative and exuberant hand-waving] making me a Living once again, while I'm here amongst all of you Livings!
[Another pause]
Assuming that you are all Livings and not some other form of visible Undead. [His slightly deprecating smile translating to 'poor you if you are.']
But enough of that; time for a proper introduction! I am Captain Isaac Higgintoot; soldier, statesman, diplomat, founding father and creator of a weapon called the ‘Eyesaac’—a play on my name, with E Y E instead of 'I', because of the spy glass attached to the musket! [Clever, isn't he? Feel free to tell him so!]
A pleasure to make your acquaintance! [Another beaming smile, which quickly turns into nonchalant wave-] Whoever you are.
